Does LYCAN ship outside of the Continental United States (AK, HI and International customers)?

LYCAN Fitness ships gear all around the world.  If you are located outside the Lower 48 States you may be contacted after you place an order if additional shipping is required.  You may choose to pay the additional cost or If you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost we can promptly refund your order.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with the order once it arrives at the border.

Add on items located in drop-down menus such as a Barbell or Bumper set is priced for Continental US shipping only. If you live outside the Lower 48 you will be contacted if additional shipping is required.

Flooring shipping rates are only valid in the US 48 contiguous states. If you live outside the Lower 48 you will be contacted for additional shipping charges.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

LYCAN Fitness is required by law to collect sales/use tax on orders shipped to the following states:

When will my Expedited Shipment Arrive?

(1-Business Day & 2-Business Day Shipping)

Expedited orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 3 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification.

Expedited orders placed after 3PM EST will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification.

Expedited orders processed on the weekend will ship on the following business day.

Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays.

All deliveries are only made on business days. (No Saturday Deliveries)

How is my credit card information saved?

LYCAN stores an encrypted customer identifier that corresponds to information stored with our Merchant Services Provider. This key is transmitted via a secure connection only at the time of authorization. No personally identifiable information is stored on LYCAN’s servers. Customer payment information is stored for 120 days with our Merchant Services Provider for processing certain types of follow-up transactions (for example, refunds). After this time period, full customer information is purged and only masked information is stored.

Please note: Credit Cards are only stored for users of lycanfitness.com if the customer chooses to store their information. Credit Cards cannot be stored for users of www.lycan-fitness.com, www.lycanfitness.mx, www.lycanfitness.co, www.lycanfitness.pe

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our current shipping lead time for in-stock items is 5-7 business days. Some items are available to order with a longer listed lead time. You can refer to your confirmation email to view the lead time for your order. Orders are shipping within the provided lead time, and your order may not show as processed until the item is ready to ship.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS / TRACKING INFORMATION?

You can track your order logging in to your account.

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS OR ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER?

We are not able to combine or modify any orders at this time.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT THE ORDER TOTAL SHOWS $0.00 IN MY ACCOUNT. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

Any backordered items will show a product cost of $0.00 until they are allocated to your order. This is a known issue, and we’re working on a fix. Your order went through and no action is needed. We apologize for any confusion.
