Portable Glute Ham Developper (GHD)

This new portable GHD offers athletes and gym owners a less expensive and space saving substitute for the conventional GHD. This set includes a GHD pad and foot roller assembly to be placed on a rack upright. You would also need a Wooden Box or a Plyo Box to put the GHD pad on in.

Using a GHD for training has so many advantages as the formation of stronger glutes and hamstrings, core balance, the activation of strong abdominal muscles, and the secure, active growth of the spinal erectors.
