DEKA FIT is a functional fitness racing event hosted by SPARTAN. Designed for athletes of all fitness levels, the competition combines endurance, strength, and functional performance into one challenging experience.
The event consists of 10 DEKA Zones, each separated by 500 meters of running, totaling 5 kilometers throughout the race.
Athletes can compete individually or as part of a two-person team, making DEKA accessible while still demanding physical and mental resilience.
