The Hybrid Training Rope by Lycan is designed for hybrid athletes, functional fitness training, and competition-style performance. Built for durability, versatility, and smooth sled pulling, this rope is the perfect addition to any HYROX-inspired training setup or functional fitness facility.
Built with a guaranteed 49 ft (590 in) rope length, ideal for meeting official HYROX event standards (41 ft / 492 in pulling sections), while providing extra functional margin for adjustments without compromising performance. Equipped with a U-shaped metal hook that allows for fast and secure connection to sled carabiners or hooks, making transitions smoother during training sessions or competitions.
Features yellow markers every 118 in (9.8 ft), allowing athletes to clearly track pulling progress. This not only improves race strategy but also adds a dynamic visual element during competitions and events.
In addition to sled pulling, this rope can also be used for climbing exercises when attached to a structure with a carabiner, expanding its use for functional fitness circuits and training sessions.
