The LYCAN Open Hex Bar V2 is designed to deliver greater freedom of movement and versatility during strength and functional training. Its open, horseshoe-shaped frame allows for a more natural range of motion, making it ideal for exercises such as deadlifts, lunges, split squats, carries, and Romanian deadlifts without the frame interfering with leg movement.
The updated design features increased space between the handles, providing a more comfortable and natural lifting position. Its rotating handle system offers **three grip diameters—1, 1.3, and 1.9 in—**allowing users to quickly adjust their grip based on the exercise and training goal.
Built with 11-gauge 2 × 2 in square steel tubing, the Open Hex Bar V2 delivers the durability needed for commercial, high-traffic, and home gym environments. Chrome-plated, knurled handles provide a secure grip, while the open design makes it a versatile tool for developing strength, stability, and core control.
