Lycan Pro Adjustable Bench
Built for serious strength training, the Pro Adjustable Press Bench combines stability, comfort, and durability in a frame that holds up to daily, intensive use — whether it's in a home setup or a busy gym.
The backrest moves through 9 positions, from -15° to 85°, and the seat adjusts through 4 more, giving you the range to dial in bench press, incline training, or functional routines. Every angle is laser-etched for visual precision, so you find the same exact setup every time, and a dual handle with a new aluminum knob makes switching between positions fast.
The frame is built on 50x100x2mm steel tubing with an electrostatic powder-coating finish, rated to hold up to 350 kg. The backrest and seat cushions are generously sized — 900x270x60mm and 400x270x60mm — for comfort through longer sessions. Transport wheels and a handle make it easy to reposition around the gym floor.
Backed by a 12-month warranty on the main frame, welds, and tubing, plus 90 days on paint, finishes, upholstery, and hardware, it's built to be a dependable part of your training setup.
