Warranty Information
Thank you for being part of the Lycan family and for choosing our equipment! We want to make sure you have the best experience purchasing your favorite gear and trust you are receiving high quality products. At Lycan Fitness, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products and for this reason they all come with warranty coverage.
Warrantied products are replaced at LYCAN’s discretion and are not covered against normal product wear. Products modified or repaired outside of LYCAN will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may also be voided if a product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage (i.e. storing outside), or handling by the user. LYCAN does not guarantee compatibility with other companies’ products and warranties can be voided in these cases.
An example of negligent or faulty use: abusive dropping of the bumper plates (i.e. dropping the bumper plates on concrete/asphalt).
FOR ALL WARRANTIES *The warranty covers factory defects. The warranty does not cover misuse of the product, external shocks, cuts or rust due to lack of maintenance.
WARRANTY PROCESS
Review Warranty Policy First to understand what is covered, the duration, and any limitations or exclusions that may apply to your product.
Gather Documentation Have your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.) ready along with the product details like model/serial number if applicable. Photos/videos demonstrating the issue must be sent.
File a Claim File of your warranty claim by one of these methods:

Be prepared to provide:
- Order details and purchase date.
- Product model/serial number if applicable.
- Description of the defect/issue
- Supporting photos/videos
- Our warranty team will review your request. If approved, you will receive an e-mail from our Team with next steps.
In case the warranty involves the return of the defective product: Please securely package and ship the product per provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retain tracking for your records.
Return Shipping: We will return the repaired/replaced product using a ground shipping method at our cost.
