I have been competing in fitness events for almost 8 years. I used to be a weightlifter who fell in love with all kinds of fitness competitions and movements, for this reason I became a crossfitter.

I won the Fittest competition 2015, 2016 and 2018 in Colombia. At the same time I won the Colombia Box Tour in 2015 and also represented my country in the South Regional 2015-2016.

The event that I am most proud to have participated in and the result I got is the Latin American Regional 2018 in Colombia.  Since I started my fitness career I have learned to challenge myself and demand more and more from myself through every movement I do.

I am obsessed with weightlifting and Lycan bars are the best for it. It’s my favorite piece of equipment because of the great spin and grip it has. It helps you a lot with the heavy weight!
